1. Refund Eligibility

Products are eligible for refund if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, log into your account, go to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the item. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund for items that are returned not in original condition, damaged by the customer, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable: gift cards, downloadable products, perishable goods, intimate items, and sale/clearance items unless defective.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in different size, color, or variant. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still haven't received it, contact us at refunds@giivv.com.
