Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For defective products, you have up to 14 days. Make sure to keep the original packaging and tags intact for a smooth return process.

Eligible Items

Most items can be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Items must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Return

Go to 'My Orders' and select the item you want to return

Select Return Reason

Choose the reason for return and upload photos if needed

Get Return Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label

Pack and Ship

Pack the item securely and drop it at the nearest shipping center

Track Your Return

Monitor the return status from your account dashboard

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size, color, or variant? Select 'Exchange' instead of 'Return' when submitting your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

Inspection Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received and another when it's processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary (3-10 business days).

Damaged or Defective Items
