We currently ship to all locations within India. Delivery times may vary based on your location: Metro Cities: 2-4 business days Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days Remote locations may require 1-2 additional days.
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Customized products may take 2-5 business days to prepare before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched with tracking information.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time from 'My Orders' in your account or using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items receive extra protection with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. Gift items can be packaged with special gift wrapping on request (additional charges may apply).
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to the seller. You may need to pay re-shipping charges for re-delivery.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned!
Some products cannot be shipped to certain locations due to regulations. These include: - Alcohol and tobacco products - Hazardous materials - Perishable items to remote areas Restrictions will be shown during checkout if applicable.
During festivals and holiday seasons (Diwali, Christmas, Valentine's Day), delivery times may be extended by 1-3 days due to high volume. We recommend ordering early during peak seasons.
